Blackjack Guidelines

Blackjack's table is set up to have seven betting spots while others only have five. The dealer will be the one representing the casino and the one that you must beat.

After this you can now place your bet. The dealer will now shuffle the cards, ask one player to "cut" the cards and deal cards to players one by one.

The dealer will begin dealing the cards to the player who's at the farthest from him or her; the last card will be for the dealer facing upward. The dealing will continue until all players have two cards each.

The deal will be completed after the "hole card" under the dealer's up card.

There are casinos that allow players to handle their own cards, in picking up your card, never use two hands. You may pick your cards up using one hand only.

Never shield your cards from other players nor remove your cards away from the table. There are security reasons for this. The house is only preventing some tapering or cards being replaced from underneath.

There are other casinos that deal cards upward, if this is the case, never touch the cards, only the dealer can hold the cards and the chips.

Your main goal in Blackjack is to beat the dealer with a total of 21 in your hands and you will receive a bonus as well. However, if no one got 21 the winner will be the one holding the cards nearest to the value of 21.

On the contrary if the dealer has 21 automatically everybody loses to the dealer.

There are many options you can do to make the game favorable to you. There is the double down, splitting, taking insurance and so on.

You will also need to have a good Blackjack strategy to increase your winning odds. You can learn to count the cards. Card counting is one of the best strategies you can learn for Blackjack.

You can learn to play Blackjack in fifteen minutes or less. However, mastering the game will require more time and more money.
